Twitter’s Android tablet app is sloppy.

Overall the app feels like a handset app stretched to fit the Galaxy Tab’s 10.1 inch screen. I get it: Android tablets are not a widely targeted by app makers.

The most glaring problem is that tapping the Twitter search field invokes a completely new Android OS search field. The cursor is placed in the new search field and yet the old field doesn’t go away or even get hidden by the new field.
